The U.S. State Department, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), funds the Afghanistan Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP).  The organizations responsible for implementing the JSSP under the general oversight of the U.S. State Department are Pacific Architects & Engineers and Homeland Security Corporation (PAE-HSC) and its subcontractor the National Center for State Courts (NCSC).
